Ingredients
-
55 g Nuts, almonds
-
2 spoons Seeds, pumpkin
-
2 spoons Seeds, sunflower, peeled, dried
-
2 spoons Flaxseed
-
50 g Nuts, almonds
-
75 g Coconut, flakes
-
100 g Nuts, hazelnuts
-
100 g Cocoa, powdered, unsweetened
-
2 pinch Salt, table
-
100 g Oil, plant, coconut
-
100 ml Syrup, maple
Steps
-
Drain the soaked hazelnuts and rinse them under running water. Place them in a blender and grind them finely. Then add salt, cocoa, and coconut oil, and mix well until you get a completely smooth and uniform mixture.
-
While mixing, slowly add maple syrup in a thin stream to the mixture. You should get a uniform and slightly thicker mixture that resembles a paste. If the mixture separates, gradually add hot water (1 to 2 tablespoons) while mixing until you get a uniform mixture again. Transfer the hazelnut mixture to a bowl, and coarsely grind the almonds, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds in the blender.
-
Place the ground nuts and seeds in a larger bowl. Add the hazelnut mixture and coconut, and knead well with clean hands to get a thick and uniform mixture.
-
Line a rectangular baking dish (10 x 20 cm) with food wrap. Pour the prepared mixture into the dish and spread it evenly with your hands. Cover the mixture with food wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
-
Take the hardened mixture out of the refrigerator and carefully remove the food wrap. Cut it into smaller squares or rectangles, and store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
