Ingredients

10 slice Meat, chicken, breasts

1 piece Tomato, red

2 twigs Spices, oregano, dried

1 spoon Mayonnaise

1 bouquet Thyme, raw

1 teaspoon Spices, pepper, red or cayenne

Steps

Slice the smoked chicken breast thinly and arrange it on a plate as desired. Wash the tomato and cut it into thin slices, then wash the oregano and pluck the sprigs.

Halve the egg and place it on the plate, add a little mayonnaise, then arrange the tomato slices on the plates and sprinkle them with fresh oregano. Wash and chop the chives, then sprinkle them over the egg and meat. Season everything with red pepper and serve.
