Prunes Wrapped in Bacon

150 g Dried plums

80 g Cheese, Gorgonzola

200 g Meat, pork, smoked bacon

Soak the dried prunes in cold water for 10 minutes. Then drain them well, make a small cut in the middle, and remove the pit. Cut the Gorgonzola into smaller cubes. Add one cube of Gorgonzola to each prune. Wrap a slice of bacon around each prune. Use a toothpick to pierce the bacon and prune so the wrap doesn't fall apart.

Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place the prepared wraps on it. Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 10 to 15 minutes.

Remove the baked snacks from the oven, arrange them in a serving bowl, and serve.
