Ingredients

1 bag Pudding, vanilla

3 spoons Sugar, white

200 ml Milk, partially skimmed

100 ml Alcohol, Rum

100 ml Coffee, espresso

280 ml Sweet cream

2 bags Baking powder

1 bag Powdered sugar

1 handful Raspberries

4 twig Mint
Steps

In a small bowl, mix the pudding powder, sugar, and 6 tablespoons of milk. Stir until you get a smooth mixture without lumps. Place a saucepan on the stove and pour in the remaining milk, rum, and coffee. Wait for the liquid to boil.

Remove the saucepan from the stove and slowly whisk the pudding mixture into the liquid using a hand whisk. Then place the saucepan back on the stove and, while continuously stirring, wait for the pudding to boil. Continue cooking for another minute, then pour the pudding into a bowl. Cover the pudding with plastic wrap, pressing it onto the surface to prevent a skin from forming. Let the pudding cool.

Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix the liquid cream, vanilla sugar, and cream stabilizer, then whip the cream until stiff using an electric mixer. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cooled pudding with a spatula.

Wash and drain the raspberries. Thoroughly wash and dry the mint leaves. Fill dessert glasses with the prepared pudding cream and decorate with raspberries and mint leaves. Store the prepared dessert in a cool place until serving.
