200 g Sour cream
-
200 g Cheese, creamy
-
2 spoons Powdered sugar
Dough
-
200 g Wheat flour, white, multi-purpose
-
0.5 bags Baking powder
-
100 g Sugar, white
-
3 pieces Egg, fresh
-
100 ml Milk, whole milk
-
100 ml Oil, vegetable oil, canola
-
100 g chocolate, dark
Pudding
-
1 bag Pudding, vanilla
-
3 spoons Sugar, white
-
500 ml Milk, whole milk
Steps
-
In a bowl, mix sugar, sifted flour, and baking powder. Add eggs, milk, and oil, and mix everything well with an electric mixer until you get a smooth batter without lumps.
-
Line a smaller baking pan with parchment paper. Pour the sponge cake batter into it and spread it evenly over the entire surface.
-
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. In a smaller bowl, smoothly mix the pudding powder, sugar, and a few tablespoons of milk. Pour the remaining milk into a pot and bring it to a boil. Remove the pot from the heat and mix the pudding mixture into the hot milk. Return the pot to the stove and cook while stirring continuously until the pudding thickens. Pour the hot pudding over the sponge cake batter spread in the baking pan. Bake the pastry in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes. Once baked, let it cool.
-
In a bowl, smoothly mix sour cream, cream cheese, and sugar. Spread the mixture in an even layer over the cooled pudding. Grate chocolate on top. Store the pastry in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving to allow it to cool and set properly.

Advice
Instead of chocolate with cookies and caramel, you can also use another type of chocolate or replace it with crushed cookies or nuts (walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, etc.).
