Thoroughly clean the shrimp tails, rinse them under running water, and dry them completely with kitchen towels. Drain the quail eggs and cut them in half.

Skewer a shrimp tail onto a toothpick, then add half a quail egg and place the skewer on a plate or platter. Repeat the process until you run out of ingredients. Place a small spoonful of caviar on top of each egg. Serve the prepared snack to your guests.
