Ingredients

2 spoons Oil, vegetable oil, canola

1 piece Onion, raw

1 pod Garlic, fresh

300 g Sausage, beer

1 spoon Tomato, concentrate

1 teaspoon Spices, paprika

2 cans Beans, grains, cooked

1 piece Spices, bay (leaves)

500 ml Water

1 teaspoon Flour, Wheat, bread flour

Steps

Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Peel the sausage and slice it into rings.

In a pot where you've heated the oil, add the chopped onion. Salt it and let the onion become translucent.

Once the onion is translucent, add the garlic and sliced sausage to the pot, browning it on both sides.

Add the paprika and tomato paste. Stir a bit and add both cans of beans along with their liquid and half a liter of water. Mix well. Add the bay leaf and pepper. Once it boils, let it cook for another 10 minutes.

Mix a tablespoon of flour with a bit of cold water to create a smooth mixture without lumps, then stir it into the stew. Cook for another 10 minutes. Add salt if needed.

Serve the prepared bean stew in deep plates or soup bowls. Garnish it with parsley and paprika. Serve with a piece of crispy bread and, if desired, a bowl of salad.
