Ingredients

3 pieces Egg, fresh

80 g Sugar, white

1 bag Sugar, white

pieces Lemon zest, fresh

0.5 dl Oil, plant, sunflower

180 g Sour cream

300 g Flour, Wheat, bread flour

1 piece Baking powder

300 g cherries, fresh

Steps

Beat whole eggs, vanilla sugar, and regular sugar for a few minutes until you get a light, pale yellow cream.

Add sour cream, lemon zest, and oil, and mix well.

Sift the flour and baking powder and gently mix them. Slowly incorporate the mixture into the egg mixture. Mix by hand and with a spatula.

Pour the prepared batter into a greased baking dish and generously top it with pitted cherries. Bake the pastry for about 35 minutes in an oven preheated to 180°C.

Before serving, dust the baked pastry with powdered sugar.
