Quick Chocolate Cake with Cottage Cheese

500 g Cheese, cottage cheese

180 g Sour cream

2 piece Egg, fresh

75 g Sugar, white

1 bag Pudding, vanilla

Steps

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Grease and flour a baking dish measuring 35 x 25 centimeters.

Beat the eggs together with sugar until you get a light, frothy mixture. Gradually pour in the milk and oil while mixing.

In a separate bowl, mix the flour, cocoa, and baking powder, then combine the dry ingredients with the wet ones.

Pour half of the mixture into the baking dish and bake for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, mix all the ingredients for the cottage cheese filling and carefully pour it over the partially baked sponge cake. Gently pour the remaining half of the sponge cake mixture on top.

Bake the cake in the preheated oven for another 35 minutes, then let it cool before slicing.
