Ingredients
Glaze
-
200 g Cheese, creamy
-
pieces Powdered sugar
-
1 teaspoon Vanilla, extract, imitation
-
pieces Milk, whole milk
Rolice
-
250 g Dough, puff
-
4 spoon Butter, unsalted
-
pieces Sugar, white
-
2 spoons Spices, cinnamon, ground
Steps
-
Preheat the oven to 170 °C. Line a round baking dish with parchment paper.
-
Unroll the pizza dough and separate it from the parchment paper. Melt the butter (or coconut margarine) and spread it over the dough. In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle it over the dough.
-
Roll the dough into a log and cut it into rounds with a sharp knife. Place the rounds in the baking dish. Bake the rolls for 15 to 20 minutes at 170 °C, until the dough is lightly baked.
-
While the rolls are baking, prepare the glaze: thoroughly whip the cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Gradually add powdered sugar while mixing, then mix in the vanilla (extract or paste). Once you have a smooth mixture, add milk tablespoon by tablespoon until you reach the desired consistency (depending on how runny you want it).

Advice
Pizza dough is crispier and bakes harder, so its better to bake the rolls for less time rather than more. Glazed cinnamon rolls should be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
