Quick Cookies with Almonds and White Chocolate

180 g Butter, unsalted

250 g Flour, Wheat, bread flour

4 spoon Nuts, almonds

Steps

Using a mixer, combine butter, sugar, flour, and ground almonds. Knead until you get a smooth dough, wrap it in transparent food wrap, and place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Shape the chilled dough into a long roll, about 2 cm thick. Cut it into 2-3 cm thick pieces and shape them into balls.

Place the balls on a baking tray lined with baking paper and flatten them to a thickness of about 1 cm. Bake the cookies for 20 minutes at 170 degrees Celsius.

Once the cookies have cooled, decorate them with a little melted white chocolate and sprinkle with almonds.
