Ingredients
-
pieces Butter, unsalted
-
100 g Butter, unsalted
-
80 g Sugar, white
-
2 piece Egg, fresh
-
500 g Cheese, cottage cheese
-
pieces Juice, lemon
-
100 g Semolina
-
1 bag Pudding, vanilla
-
1 bag Baking powder
-
200 g Strawberries

Steps
-
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Grease a smaller baking dish with butter and dust it with flour (or simply line it with baking paper). Wash the strawberries, dry them, and cut them into quarters.
-
Using an electric mixer, beat the softened butter and sugar until fluffy. Add the eggs and mix until you get a light, pale yellow mixture, then stir in the cottage cheese and lemon juice with a spatula.
-
In another bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, vanilla pudding powder, and baking powder. Gradually add the dry mixture to the cottage cheese mixture.
-
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly with a spatula, smoothing the top. Scatter the strawberry pieces over the batter and gently press them into the dough with your fingers. Bake the pastry in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
-
Once the pastry has cooled, dust it with powdered sugar, cut it into pieces, and serve.

If we dont have strawberries on hand, the pastry can also be prepared with blueberries, raspberries, or apricots, and if desired, you can also use any frozen or preserved fruit.
