Ingredients
Dressing
-
75 g chocolate, dark
-
40 g Butter, unsalted
-
2 spoons Coconut milk
-
10 g Sugar, maple
-
200 g chocolate, dark
-
115 g Butter, unsalted
-
1 teaspoon Vanilla, extract, imitation
-
150 g Sugar, maple
-
20 g Cocoa, powdered, unsweetened
-
110 g Nuts, almonds, blanched
-
1 teaspoon Baking powder
-
4 pieces Egg, fresh
Steps
-
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius. Grease the bottom of a 20-centimeter cake pan with butter and line it with baking paper. To do this, place the pan on the paper and trace around it, then cut out the circle and place it on the bottom.
-
Break the chocolate into a bowl and melt it together with the butter over a water bath. Remove from heat, stir in the vanilla extract, and let it cool slightly.
-
In another bowl, mix the almond flour, erythritol, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Add all the eggs, and finally, gradually mix in the chocolate mixture while stirring continuously.
-
Pour the mixture into the cake pan and smooth the top with a spatula or the back of a spoon. Bake the cake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.
-
After baking, invert the cake onto a plate to remove the baking paper from the bottom. Then transfer it to a cake stand and let it cool completely.
-
Add the ingredients for the glaze to a cup and melt them over a water bath. Once the glaze has cooled slightly, pour it over the cake. Slice the cake into pieces, serve on plates, and enjoy.
