Quick Meat Pie Without Dough

Ingredients

pieces Oil, olive

1 piece Onion, raw

1 pod Garlic, fresh

400 g Meat, beef, ground

pieces Salt, table

0.5 teaspoons Spices, paprika

4 pieces Egg, fresh

180 ml Yogurt, plain, from whole milk

80 g Flour, Wheat, bread flour

40 g Semolina

2 teaspoons Baking powder
Steps

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Grease a baking dish, approximately 30 x 20 centimeters, with oil. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic separately.

First, sauté the onion in oil. Once it becomes translucent, add the garlic, and after a minute, add the ground meat, browning it until golden. Season with salt and pepper, then turn off the heat and mix in the paprika.

Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them. Add the yogurt and mix, then sift in the flour, breadcrumbs, and baking powder. Stir until you get a uniform mixture, then fold in the sautéed meat.

Pour the mixture into the baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Let the baked pie cool slightly before cutting. Serve with a salad and/or yogurt.
