Quick Oatmeal Slices with Cottage Cheese and Tomatoes
Quick gluten-free oatmeal slices with added sun-dried tomatoes and fresh basil. The latter can also be substituted with dried basil, and other seeds can be used for sprinkling. Watch the preparation process in the video below.

Ingredients

120 g Oat bran, raw

6 g Baking powder

1 teaspoon Salt, table

2 dl Yogurt, plain, from skimmed milk

150 g Cheese, cottage cheese

2 piece Egg, fresh

1 teaspoon Oil, olive

1 handful Basil, fresh

30 g Tomato, dried

pieces Sesame seeds, dried
Steps

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Line a pie dish, about 30 cm in diameter, with baking paper. If desired, a smaller square baking dish can also be used.

Roughly chop the basil and finely chop the tomatoes.

Grind the oatmeal into flour and mix it with baking powder and salt.

Add yogurt, cottage cheese, eggs, olive oil, basil, and sun-dried tomatoes, and mix the ingredients well to form a uniform mixture.

Pour the mixture into the baking dish and smooth it out, then sprinkle seeds on top. Bake for 45 minutes until the top is nicely browned.

Cut the baked slices and serve them warm or cold.
