Quick One-Pot Pasta
Quickly prepared pasta that requires only a few ingredients and a single pot. If you dont have chicken stock on hand, you can substitute it with water.

Ingredients

30 g Butter, unsalted

4 pods Garlic, fresh

4 dl Soup base, chicken, cube

1 dl Milk, skimmed

1 dl Sweet cream

250 g Pasta, Macaroni

30 g Cheese, Parmesan, grated

pieces Parsley, fresh
Steps

Peel and finely chop the garlic. In a large pot, add butter and once it melts, add the garlic. Cook it on low heat while stirring for 2 minutes.

Pour in the chicken stock, milk, and cooking cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix well.

Add the pasta, wait for it to soften slightly, then cook it for the time indicated on the package. Stir occasionally during cooking.

Just before the end of cooking, stir in the grated Parmesan and give the pasta one final mix.

Serve the prepared pasta on plates and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
