Ingredients
-
300 g Dough, puff
-
120 g Cheese, creamy
-
pieces Fish, salmon, smoked
-
1 piece Egg, fresh
Steps
-
Unroll the fresh puff pastry and spread it with cream cheese (leaving about 1 cm of the edge unspread) and top with slices of salmon. Roll it up along the longer side, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
-
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Take the roll out of the refrigerator and slice it into approximately 1 cm thick pieces. Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
-
In a small bowl, beat the egg and brush it over the top of the snails before baking (use a brush for this). Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
-
Let the baked snails cool on the tray for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a plate or platter and serve.
