Quick Side Dish from Young Spinach

1 piece Onion, raw

1 spoon Butter, unsalted

3 pods Garlic, fresh

1 teaspoon Soy sauce, shoyu

200 g Spinach, raw

Steps

Clean the spinach, wash it, and drain it. Peel the onion and garlic, and chop them separately.

Heat the oil in a deep pan and slowly sauté the onion for 4 minutes until it lightly browns. Then add the butter and garlic.

When the garlic becomes fragrant, pour in the soy sauce and mix well. Then add the spinach. Sauté for just two more minutes until the spinach softens and slightly wilts.

Season with salt and pepper to taste, mix, and serve immediately.
