Quick Strawberry Pastry
Puff pastry, strawberry jam, cream, and strawberries. It sounds so simple, but the combination is delicious. You can prepare this dessert in no time, and it will surely impress your family and/or guests.

1 piece Egg, fresh

1 teaspoon Milk, whole milk

150 g Strawberries

1 bag Sugar, white

1 teaspoon Juice, lemon

400 ml Sweet cream

50 g Powdered sugar

10 spoon Marmalade, orange

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

Unroll the fresh puff pastry and cut it into 10 equal-sized rectangles. Brush them with a mixture of beaten egg and milk, then place them in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, until the pastry turns golden brown.

Clean the strawberries and slice them. Mix them with vanilla sugar and lemon juice. Let them sit while you prepare the other ingredients.

Whip the sweet cream together with powdered sugar, then transfer it to a piping bag fitted with a larger nozzle for piping.

Once the baked pastry rectangles or pockets have cooled, carefully cut them in half. Spread the bottom half with a spoonful of strawberry jam, pipe the cream on top, and arrange the strawberries. Cover with the top half of the pastry pockets and dust the prepared dessert with powdered sugar before serving. Serve immediately.
