Ingredients
-
1 piece Bread, wheat
-
4 spoon Tomato, concentrate, without salt
-
1 piece Bell pepper, red, fresh
-
pieces Onion, young
-
190 g Corn, yellow, in brine
-
225 g Fish, tuna, in brine
-
120 g Cheese, edamame
Steps
-
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius. Line a low baking tray with parchment paper. Cut the baguette lengthwise in half and place both halves, cut side up, on the baking tray.
-
Drain the corn from the can in a colander, rinse under running water, and drain well. Clean and wash the bell pepper and the green part of the spring onion. Dice the bell pepper into small pieces and slice the spring onion into rings. Drain the tuna and place it in a bowl, where you break it into smaller pieces with a fork. Mix it with 2/3 of the grated cheese, spring onion, corn, and bell pepper.
-
First, spread the baguette halves with tomato puree, then top them with the mixture of grated cheese, tuna, and vegetables. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. Place the baking tray in the preheated oven for 12 minutes to let the cheese melt nicely.
-
Cut the prepared "pizzas" into smaller pieces, serve them on a large plate or platter, and enjoy.
