Quick Vegetable Pizza from Ciabatta

Ingredients

300 g Bread, whole grain

300 g Carrot, fresh

300 g Broccoli, fresh

300 g Cauliflower, fresh

100 g Cheese, groats

150 g Cheese, mozzarella

1 teaspoon Salt, table

60 g Butter, unsalted
Steps

Clean the vegetables, wash them, and drain. Separate the cauliflower and broccoli into smaller florets, and grate the carrot. Grate the cheese into thicker slices.

Place a pot of salted water on the stove and wait for it to boil. Add the broccoli and cauliflower to the boiling water and cook them quickly (about 5 minutes). Drain the vegetables.

Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Cut the ciabatta crosswise in half to get 4 pizza bases. Spread them with herb butter.

Line a baking tray with parchment paper and arrange the ciabatta on it with the buttered side up. Top them with the vegetables and sprinkle with cheese. Bake the pizzas in the preheated oven for 10 minutes until the cheese melts.

Arrange the baked pizzas on plates and serve.

Advice
