90 g Flour, Wheat, bread flour

Steps
-
Clean and wash the zucchini and potatoes (peel the potatoes as well). Coarsely grate the vegetables into a large bowl.

Add flour, grated Parmesan, and eggs, then season with salt and ground pepper. Mix well to form a uniform mixture.
-
Grease a small baking dish with butter, then sprinkle it with breadcrumbs. Transfer half of the zucchini mixture into the baking dish and spread it evenly over the entire surface using the back of a spoon, smoothing the top.
-
Over the zucchini mixture, first distribute the chosen meat (prosciutto, pancetta, salami, ham, etc.), then add the cheese (either in thin slices or grated).
-
Add the remaining zucchini mixture to the baking dish, spreading it evenly and smoothing the top. Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the top, then add thinly sliced or cubed butter.
-
Place the baking dish in the oven preheated to 190°C (375°F) for 40 minutes. The dish is done when the top turns golden brown and is baked through.
