Take the frozen fruit from the freezer and pour it into a narrow and tall container. Peel the banana and cut it into slices, then add it to the container with the fruit. Use a hand blender to finely blend the fruit until you get a smooth and creamy mixture.

The fruit mixture can be served immediately or stored in the freezer for a while, as it will start to melt quickly at room temperature.

Crush the chocolate cookies into small pieces. Take the fruit mixture out of the freezer and serve it in small bowls. Garnish with mint leaves, sprinkle with the crushed cookies, and serve.

Advice
