Ingredients

150 g Quinoa

500 ml Milk, whole milk

500 ml Water

0.5 teaspoons Spices, cinnamon, ground

10 pieces Date, fresh or dried

1 handful Raisins

2.5 spoons Honey
Steps

Place the quinoa in a fine-mesh strainer and rinse under hot water until the water runs clear. Drain the rinsed quinoa well.

In a pot, mix the milk, water, cinnamon, and quinoa. Place the pot on the stove and slowly bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat. Once it boils, reduce the heat, cover the pot, and let the quinoa cook for 15 minutes. Then remove the pot from the heat and let it sit for 5 minutes.

Cut the dates into smaller pieces. Add them along with the raisins to the pot with the quinoa. Mix everything well and serve in bowls. Drizzle the prepared dish with honey and serve.
