800 g Game meat, wild hare, fresh

1 teaspoon Spices, rosemary, dried

350 g Pasta, noodles, fresh

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Rinse the rabbit meat under running water, dry it with a paper towel, and lightly salt it. Pour olive oil into a deep baking dish and spread it around. Peel the onion and chop it finely. Spread the onion in the baking dish, then add the pieces of meat. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 180 degrees.

Pour water into the baking dish and mix in the tomato pulp. Return the dish to the oven and bake for 10 minutes. After ten minutes, season the sauce with salt, pepper, a little rosemary, and juniper berries, and mix well. Bake for another 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, pour water into a pot and wait for it to boil. Just before boiling, salt the water and add wide noodles, cooking them according to the package instructions. Drain the cooked noodles well and arrange them on plates. Serve the rabbit meat alongside and pour the tomato sauce over everything. Serve the prepared dish.
