Ranch Dressing
A delicious sauce or dressing made from yogurt, mayonnaise, and herbs, which can be used in salads and wraps, drizzled over vegetable and meat dishes, or served as a dip for fresh cut vegetables. In America, for example, it is often served as a side with seasoned baked chicken wings. The preparation is quick and easy, and you can also make the dressing in advance, as it gets even better when the flavors fully develop over time.

Ingredients
-
0.5 cups Mayonnaise
-
0.5 cups Sour cream
-
0.5 cups Yogurt, plain, from whole milk
-
1 teaspoon Spices, dill, dried
-
0.5 teaspoons Spices, parsley, dried
-
0.5 teaspoons Thyme, raw

0.5 teaspoons Spices, garlic powder
-
0.25 spoons Salt, table
-
pieces Spices, pepper, black
-
2 teaspoons Juice, lemon
Steps
-
In a bowl, add sour cream, mayonnaise, and buttermilk (you can also use milk or yogurt). Mix the ingredients with a hand whisk until you get a smooth and uniform mixture.
-
Add all the spices and mix the dressing well. Finally, stir in the lemon juice. Taste the dressing and adjust the seasoning with salt, pepper, lemon juice, or spices as needed. If you are using the dressing as a salad dressing, you can thin it with water.
-
Pour the prepared dressing into a jar with a lid, close it, and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least a few hours (preferably overnight) before using, so the flavors can fully develop. The ranch dressing can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
