Ingredients
Raspberry mousse

350 g Raspberries

350 ml Yogurt, plain, from whole milk

110 g Powdered sugar

10 g Gelatin powder, unsweetened

250 ml Sweet cream
Yogurt mousse

100 ml Milk, whole milk

100 g Sugar, white

10 g Gelatin powder, unsweetened

300 ml Yogurt, plain, from whole milk

300 ml Sweet cream
Steps

Raspberry Mousse: Mix the raspberry puree with yogurt and powdered sugar. Prepare the gelatin according to the instructions on the packet. Whip the sweet cream. Once the gelatin has bloomed, heat it until it dissolves (be careful not to let it boil!), then mix it into the raspberry yogurt. Add the whipped cream and mix well to combine the ingredients. Divide the prepared mousse into glasses and chill it well in the refrigerator.

Yogurt Mousse: Heat the milk and sugar until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and cool to lukewarm. Prepare the gelatin according to the instructions on the packet. Whip the sweet cream. Once the gelatin has bloomed, heat it until it dissolves (be careful not to let it boil!), then mix it into the yogurt. Add the lukewarm sweetened milk and the whipped cream, and mix everything well to combine the ingredients. Pour the yogurt mousse over the raspberry mousse and chill it well.

For garnish, you can use fresh fruit, white chocolate shavings, any nuts, crushed cookies, etc.
