Ingredients
-
300 g chocolate, dark
-
250 g Butter, unsalted
-
200 g Sugar, brown
-
1 pinch Salt, table
-
4 pieces Egg, fresh
-
140 g Wheat flour, white, multi-purpose
-
50 g Cocoa, powdered, unsweetened
-
200 g Raspberries
Steps
-
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Line a small rectangular baking pan (20 x 30 cm) with parchment paper. In a bowl, sift the flour and cocoa powder. Mix the ingredients well.
-
Break or chop the chocolate into small pieces and place them in a saucepan. Add the chopped butter, sugar, and salt, and place on the stove. Heat the mixture over low heat, stirring occasionally with a spoon. Once all the ingredients have melted and a smooth chocolate mixture forms, remove the saucepan from the heat.
-
Gradually, one by one, whisk the eggs into the chocolate mixture using a hand whisk. Then add the dry ingredient mixture and stir until a uniform and smooth batter without lumps forms. Gently and slowly fold in the raspberries using a spoon (or spatula). Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly with a spoon (or spatula), smoothing the top. Bake in the preheated oven on the middle rack for 30 minutes. The center of the batter should still be slightly soft and "runny" (if you prefer a firmer texture, extend the baking time by 5 to 10 minutes).
-
Remove the pan from the oven and let the brownies cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours. Once cooled, take the brownies out of the refrigerator, cut them into squares or rectangles of your desired size, and serve on a plate or platter.

Advice
For preparing the brownies, you can use fresh or frozen raspberries. 100g of dark chocolate can be replaced with milk chocolate if desired.
