Ingredients
Dressing
-
120 g chocolate, dark
-
80 g Sweet cream
-
10 g Butter, unsalted
-
1 spoon Alcohol, Rum
-
250 g Raspberries
-
90 g chocolate, dark
-
100 g Butter, unsalted
-
200 g Sugar, white
-
2 piece Egg, fresh
-
0.25 teaspoons Vanilla, extract, natural
-
140 g Wheat flour, white, multi-purpose
Posip
- 100 g Sugar, white
Steps
-
Thaw the raspberries, place them in a blender, and blend until smooth. Break the chocolate into smaller pieces. Place a small amount of water in a pot and bring it to a boil. Once boiling, place a heatproof bowl on top of the pot, ensuring the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water. Add the chocolate to the bowl and melt it over the water bath.
-
Mix the melted chocolate with softened butter and continue to mix with an electric mixer over the steam. Add sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and continue mixing. Then, fold in the flour and blended raspberries.
-
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Prepare a deep baking dish by lining it with baking paper and pour the prepared mixture into it. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes.
-
Shortly before the baking is done, prepare the chocolate glaze. Grate the chocolate and place it in a medium-sized bowl. Pour cream into a pot, add butter, and heat everything over medium heat. Just before the cream boils, pour the mixture over the chocolate. Wait a few minutes without stirring, then gently mix with a whisk until you get a smooth and uniform mixture. Be careful not to overmix, as you could incorporate air into the mixture. Add rum and mix again.
-
Pour the prepared glaze over the baked brownies. Wait for it to cool and set, then cut the brownies into pieces of your desired size. Dust the prepared brownies with powdered sugar, arrange them on a tray, and serve to your guests.
