100 g Powdered sugar

Clean the raspberries, wash them, and place them in a bowl. Sprinkle them with sugar. Gently mix everything together and let it sit for a few hours.

Pour the juice that has collected in the bowl into a saucepan. Add 1 dl of water. Place the saucepan on the stove and cook the juice until it boils. Then remove the saucepan from the heat, add the raspberries, and gently mix everything together. Wait for the compote to cool.

Divide the cooled compote into serving bowls and serve.

Advice
