Raspberry Jam Without Sugar

Ingredients

2 kg Raspberries

4 teaspoon Gelatin powder, unsweetened

3 teaspoons Juice, lemon

5 dl Syrup, diet

Sort through the raspberries, wash them thoroughly, and drain. Place a pot on the stove, add the raspberries, agar-agar, agave syrup, lemon juice, and slowly bring to a boil while stirring constantly. Cook for an additional 10 minutes until the raspberries soften, then remove the pot from the heat.

Fill the jars as full as possible with the prepared jam and seal them tightly immediately. Wait at least half an hour for them to cool completely. Then store them in the refrigerator until opened.

Advice
Two-thirds of the raspberries can be pressed through a sieve (if the seeds bother us). We recommend using smaller jars (2 dl), as the jam is preservative-free and must be stored in the refrigerator after opening and consumed as soon as possible. The quantity of ingredients is sufficient for preparing two liters of jam. If anything spills on the rim of the jar while filling, wipe it thoroughly with a damp cloth immediately. Such residues can quickly attract harmful bacteria.
