Ingredients

500 g Pasta, Macaroni

200 g Walnuts

50 g Butter, unsalted

50 g Cheese, Parmesan, grated

1 dl Sweet cream

3 pinch Salt, table
Steps

Place butter in a small pot and heat it over moderate heat until melted. In a food processor, combine walnut kernels, Parmesan, melted butter, and salt. Save a few walnut kernels for garnishing the dish. Blend everything well until you get a smooth mixture. Then add the heavy cream and mix again.

Place a large pot with an appropriate amount of salted water on the stove. Wait for the water to boil, then add the ravioli and cook them for the time indicated on the package. Drain the cooked ravioli well and evenly distribute them onto four serving plates.

Pour the walnut sauce over the ravioli and garnish with the reserved walnut kernels. Serve the prepared dish.

Advice
You can also prepare the cheese ravioli yourself. When cooking pasta, follow the rule of using 1 liter of water for every 100 g of pasta. For every liter of water, use 10 to 12 g of salt. If you dont want the dish to be too rich, you can replace half of the heavy cream with milk. Garnish the prepared dish with fresh sage leaves if desired.
