Ingredients
-
500 g Pasta, noodles, fresh
-
150 g Broccoli, fresh
-
150 g Meat, pork, smoked bacon
-
250 ml Sweet cream
-
140 g Cheese, edamame

Steps
-
Place a pot with a large amount of water for cooking the tortellini on the stove. While the water is heating, rinse the broccoli florets. Cut the larger florets in half lengthwise and leave the smaller ones whole. Just before the water boils, add salt to increase the boiling power. Add the tortellini and broccoli to the boiling water and cook everything together for the time indicated on the tortellini package.
-
While the tortellini are cooking, fry the bacon cut into strips or pieces in a pan. Pour in the cream, mix well, and cook over moderate heat until the sauce thickens slightly. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the grated cheese. Mix until all the cheese is nicely melted. Season the sauce with pepper and salt to taste.
-
Drain the cooked tortellini and broccoli well, add them to the pan with the sauce, and mix everything thoroughly. Serve the prepared dish on plates, sprinkle with a little grated cheese, and serve immediately.
