Steps

First, prepare the salad dressing by mixing olive oil, vinegar, mustard, and honey in a small bowl. Season with salt and ground pepper to taste.

Clean the cabbage, wash it, and slice it into strips. Wash the carrots and either coarsely grate them or slice them into thin strips. Wash the apple and remove the core. Slice it and drizzle with lemon juice to prevent browning.

In a bowl, add the sliced cabbage and carrots. Add the dressing and mix it well with the vegetables using clean hands. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes to allow the vegetables to absorb all the flavors.
