Ribbed Chicken Breasts (with Spinach and Cheese Filling and Pancetta)

40 g Spinach, chopped, frozen

40 g Cheese, creamy

10 g Cheese, edamame

10 g Cheese, Parmesan, grated

Steps

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius.

In a bowl, mix together the spinach, cream cheese, pizza cheese, grated Parmesan, finely chopped garlic, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt.

Brush the chicken breasts with butter and season them with salt on both sides. Make several cuts in each breast with a knife. The cuts should be 1 centimeter apart, and the breasts should remain intact at the bottom.

Place the cut breasts in a baking dish, then fill each cut with the filling. Cut the pancetta slices into three pieces and gently press one piece into each cut.
