Rice Noodles with Spicy Pork

Ingredients

700 g Meat, pork, shoulder

80 g Sugar, brown

5 spoon Fish sauce

250 g Pasta, Rice noodles

2 spoons Oil, olive

2 pinch Spices, pepper, black

3 pinch Salt, table

1 piece Bell pepper, red, fresh

400 g Pasta, spaghetti, whole grain
Steps

Thoroughly wash the bell pepper, remove the seeds, and slice it into rings. Also, thoroughly wash the pork and cut it into thin strips. Place a small pot on the stove and dissolve sugar in it while constantly stirring until it turns light brown. Add fish sauce and bring to a boil. Mix the sauce with the meat and let it soak well.

Place the noodles in a separate bowl, pour lukewarm water over them, and let them soak for about 20 minutes to soften. Place a wok on the stove and heat oil in it. Cook the meat in two batches, seasoning it with freshly ground pepper and salt to taste. Cook each batch for about 2 minutes.

Serve the glass noodles in bowls, add the cooked pork, and garnish the dish with fresh bell peppers.
