Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Clean the cauliflower, wash it, and separate it into individual florets. Cut large florets in half or quarters if necessary, but leave small ones whole.

Place the cauliflower florets in a large bowl. Drizzle them with olive oil and lemon juice, then season with turmeric, salt, pepper, chili, and lemon zest. Use a spoon or spatula to mix well, ensuring the spices are evenly distributed.
