Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Gently wash the cherry tomatoes and dry them with a paper towel, then peel the garlic cloves. Pour olive oil into a small round ovenproof dish and arrange the cherry tomatoes and garlic cloves. Place it in the oven for 15 minutes.

Once the tomatoes have softened, remove the dish from the oven, drizzle everything with a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, and season with salt. Mix well and serve as a side dish.
