Roasted Chicken Drumsticks

Ingredients

1 spoon Oil, olive

2 spoons Butter, unsalted

12 pieces Meat, chicken, loaves

0.75 teaspoons Salt, table

2 pinch Spices, pepper, black

2 pod Garlic, fresh

2 spoons Juice, lemon
Steps

Wash the chicken drumsticks and dry them well with paper towels. Season them with pepper and salt. Peel the garlic and finely chop it.

Place a pan on the stove and heat it well. Pour oil into the heated pan and add half of the butter. When the butter starts to foam, add the chicken drumsticks to the pan. While turning them, cook until golden brown on all sides.

Cover the pan, reduce the temperature, and continue to cook the drumsticks covered for another 20 to 25 minutes. Turn them occasionally to ensure they cook evenly on all sides.

Uncover the pan, add the remaining butter, garlic, and lemon juice. Wait until the garlic becomes fragrant, then remove the pan from the heat. Pour the sauce that has collected in the pan over the drumsticks and let them sit for a few minutes to absorb the flavors of the garlic and lemon juice.

Serve the roasted drumsticks on plates, pour the sauce over them, and serve with a chosen side dish and a large bowl of seasonal salad.
