Roasted Chicken with Broccoli and Cheese

500 g Meat, chicken, breasts

500 g Broccoli, fresh

240 ml Sweet cream

50 g Cheese, Parmesan, grated

0.5 teaspoons Spices, garlic powder

Steps

Cut the chicken meat and broccoli florets into bite-sized pieces. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

Place a pan on the stove and heat it up, then grease it with oil. Add the chicken meat and fry it, stirring occasionally, until all pieces are golden brown. Lightly salt and pepper the meat while frying.

Place the fried chicken pieces along with the broccoli in a deep baking dish. In a bowl, mix the cooking cream, garlic powder, grated Parmesan, and salt. Pour the prepared mixture over the ingredients in the baking dish.

Place the baking dish in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, then remove it from the oven and sprinkle the grated mozzarella over the ingredients. Bake everything together for another 7-10 minutes until the cheese melts and slightly browns.
