Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and line a small deep baking dish with aluminum foil. Use a knife to cut off the top part of the garlic heads. Place the garlic heads in the baking dish with the cut side facing up. Drizzle each head with a tablespoon of olive oil and place the dish in the oven. Roast the garlic for 30 minutes, then remove it from the oven, lightly salt it, and serve.
