Roasted Pork Loin with Garlic
A pork roast that even a complete cooking amateur can prepare. You can start the day before, and the oven will do the rest of the work for you. Just make sure the meat is at room temperature before roasting.

12 pods Garlic, fresh

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius. Peel the garlic cloves. Make eight small incisions in the pork loin with a small knife and insert a garlic clove into each incision. Finely chop the remaining garlic cloves and mix them with oil, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and sugar. Rub the mixture over the meat, which should be at room temperature.

Peel the onion and cut it into thick slices. Arrange the slices in the baking dish and place the prepared meat on top.

Roast the meat in the preheated oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Let the roast rest for at least 10 minutes before slicing.
