Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Peel the potatoes, clean them, wash them, and cut them into quarters or smaller pieces. Separate the sausages to get eight "sticks," which you then wrap with slices of bacon.

Place the chopped potatoes in a deep baking dish and lightly season them with pepper and salt. Drizzle with a little oil, mix well so they are evenly seasoned, and spread them out in a single layer in the dish. Arrange the bacon-wrapped sausages over the potatoes, cover the dish with aluminum foil, and place it in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes of baking, remove the dish from the oven, increase the temperature to 200 degrees Celsius, and remove the aluminum foil. Carefully turn the potatoes and sausages with a spatula. Bake the dish in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and crispy.
