150 g Broccoli, fresh

1 handful Cheese, Parmesan, grated
Steps

Wash the potatoes and cut them into pieces. Wash the broccoli and separate it into smaller florets.

Preheat the oven to 190 °C. Grease a baking dish well with oil, then add the potatoes and season with salt. Place the dish in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.

After 25 minutes of baking, remove the dish from the oven and add the broccoli. Drizzle the ingredients with olive oil if desired and season as you like. Roast the vegetables in the preheated oven for another 15 minutes. Finally, sprinkle grated Parmesan on top and quickly bake until golden.

Serve the prepared dish with a bowl of salad.
