Ingredients
-
700 g Potatoes, white
-
4 spoon Oil, olive
-
0.75 teaspoons Salt, table
-
2 twigs Rosemary, fresh
-
pieces Spices, pepper, black
Steps
-
Thoroughly wash the rosemary, dry it, and pluck the leaves. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Wash the potatoes thoroughly under running water, dry them, and cut them in half lengthwise.
-
Grease a clay dish (or baking tray) and place the potatoes inside. Season with salt and drizzle with a little olive oil. Optionally, you can also add pepper. Mix the potatoes well, sprinkle with rosemary, and then place the dish in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
-
About halfway through the baking time, carefully flip the potatoes to ensure they brown evenly on both sides. Be cautious when flipping to avoid breaking the potatoes.
