1 kg Game meat, wild hare, fresh

1 piece Onion, raw

3 pods Garlic, fresh

2.5 spoons Oil, olive

1.5 dl Alcohol, Wine, White

1 spoon Juice, lemon

1 teaspoon Salt, table

2 pinch Spices, pepper, black

3 pieces Tomato, red

400 g Pasta, spaghetti, whole grain

1 spoon Oil, vegetable oil, canola
Steps

Wash the pieces of rabbit meat and dry them with paper towels. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic, then place them in a large bowl. Add olive oil, wine, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Add the rabbit meat and mix everything well. Marinate the meat in the mixture for at least one hour.

Place a pot of water on the stove and wait for it to boil. Submerge the tomatoes in boiling water for three minutes, then drain, cool, and peel them. Cut the peeled tomatoes into small pieces.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Place the rabbit along with the marinade into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle the chopped tomatoes over the rabbit. Place the dish in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes.

Place a pot of salted water on the stove, add a tablespoon of oil, and bring the water to a boil for the spaghetti. Add the spaghetti to the boiling water and cook for the time indicated on the package.

Drain the cooked spaghetti well and serve on plates. Add the roasted rabbit to the spaghetti and pour the sauce from the baking dish over the dish. Serve.
