Ingredients
-
4 pieces Meat, turkey, breasts
-
1 piece Bell pepper, red, fresh
-
1 piece Bell pepper, yellow, fresh
-
1 piece Bell pepper, green, fresh
-
0.5 teaspoons Spices, pepper, black
-
1 teaspoon Salt, table
-
2 spoons Oil, olive
marinada
-
4 spoon Oil, olive
-
2 spoons Alcohol, Wine, White
-
1 teaspoon Spices, paprika
Steps
-
Rinse the turkey steaks under running water and dry them with a paper towel. In a bowl, mix together oil, wine, and paprika. Dip the steaks into the mixture and place them in the refrigerator overnight. Wash the peppers, cut them in half, and store the halves of one type of pepper. Cut the other halves into cubes.
-
Heat the pan well and then pour in the olive oil. Take the marinated steaks out of the refrigerator and place them in the heated oil in the pan. Cook the steak on one side for about 5 minutes until it turns golden brown, then flip it, season with salt and pepper, and cook the other side. Once the other side is cooked, season it with salt and pepper as well. Move the steaks to a plate and cover them to keep them warm.
-
Add the peppers to the pan where the steaks were cooked. Sauté the peppers until they slightly brown, then remove the pan from the heat. Arrange the steaks on plates, top them with the peppers, and serve.

Advice
Salt the meat only after it is roasted, as salting it before putting it in the pan makes it tough and dry.
