-
1 spoon Flour, Wheat, bread flour
-
1 spoon Cheese, Parmesan, hard
Steps
-
Grate the Parmesan finely. Prepare a large bowl and add the flour. Salt the flour around the edges and sprinkle with Parmesan, then make a well in the center where you add the chives and yeast. Mix the ingredients with oil and honey, then gradually add enough lukewarm water to form a smooth and soft dough.
-
Turn the dough onto a lightly floured work surface and knead for about 5 minutes or until it is smooth and elastic. Place the dough back into the bowl, then cover it lightly with oiled plastic wrap and let it rise in a warm place for about an hour.
-
Then turn the dough back onto the work surface, knead it again, and divide it into 3 roughly equal parts. Roll each piece of dough into a roll, about 30 cm long. Prepare a baking sheet, grease it well, then arrange the prepared rolls on it. Cover them again with oiled plastic wrap and let them rise in a warm place for another 30 minutes.
-
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Lightly dust the rolls with flour and optionally with Parmesan, then place the baking sheet in the oven for 15 minutes. Separate the rolls from the base with a palette knife, then place them on a wire rack to cool. Serve the prepared rolls with a suitable side dish.
