Roll with Vanilla Cream and Blueberries
Who can resist this crispy, fragrant dessert that is literally prepared in one, two, three? Full of flavor, not too sweet and creamy, with a slightly tangy taste of blueberries. You can also add a scoop of ice cream on the side to make the dessert perfect.

Ingredients
Cream

5 dl Milk, whole milk

1 bag Pudding, vanilla

2 spoons Koruzni škrob

3 spoons Sugar, white

2 piece Egg, egg yolk, fresh

500 g Dough, wonton

250 g Blueberry, raw

4 spoon Butter, unsalted

Pour 4 dl of milk into a pot and slowly bring it to a boil.

In 1 dl of cold milk, mix the pudding, starch, sugar, and two egg yolks. You should get a smooth mixture, into which you pour the hot milk while continuously stirring to avoid lumps.

Return the mixture to the stove and cook for a few minutes until the cream thickens. Add the blueberries, which have been washed and drained, to the still hot cream. Mix everything well. The filling should be quite warm when spreading it on the dough, otherwise it will be too hard and difficult to spread evenly.

For each roll, you need three sheets of puff pastry (from the entire package of dough, you can prepare three rolls). First, take one sheet of dough and brush it with melted butter. Place a second sheet on top and also brush it with melted butter. Follow with the third sheet of dough, on which you add a third of the filling. Fold the edges of the dough slightly inward to prevent the filling from leaking out, then roll it up like a package.

Place the prepared roll on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and brush the top with melted butter. Repeat the entire process two more times.

Bake the rolls at 200 degrees Celsius for about 25 minutes. Once baked, sprinkle them with powdered sugar.
