Rolls with Prosciutto, Mozzarella, and Basil

Ingredients

12 slice Meat, pork, smoked bacon

200 g Cheese, mozzarella

24 pieces Basil, fresh

2 piece Figs, fresh

Steps

Drain the mozzarella well and slice it thinly. Spread the prosciutto slices on a clean work surface. Place one slice of mozzarella and two basil leaves on each prosciutto slice. Carefully roll up the prosciutto slices and secure the rolls with toothpicks if needed.

Clean the figs and slice them. Arrange the prepared rolls on a large plate or platter. Garnish with fig slices, then drizzle everything with a little olive oil and serve.
